To receive a "Good" rating Peer or Outside Review Stated, the site should be reviewed by at least two outside authorities, with one of the authorities an expert in web site construction.

With the ease of accessibility to the Internet, anyone can publish any information they chose.  Unfortunately,  this often leads to people or organizations becoming self-proclaimed experts on a particular subject.  An outside or peer review of a site lends credibility to the page, showing that the contents of the site is actual fact with little non-stantiated opinion.  The more a site has been reviewed, the better the viewer's chances are of receiving accurate and dependable information.
